Products purchased from our website are eligible for exchange within 3 days of payment only, subject to the following conditions:

The exchange request must be submitted within the specified time frame.

The item(s) must be faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

Customers are required to email clear pictures of the defective item to info@gulnazahmad.com.pk within 5 days of receiving the order to raise a dispute.

Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect the product. If the claim is approved after fair assessment, a replacement of the same value as mentioned on the invoice will be issued.

In case of an exchange, all shipping and handling charges will be borne by the customer.

Discounted or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Policy:
Refunds are processed only in exceptional cases. Currently, refunds are not applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
