Shipping & Delivery Guide

Gulnaz Ahmad – Shipping & Delivery Guide.
Thank you for shopping with Gulnaz Ahmad. We are dedicated to delivering our luxury collections, exquisite Stitched Outfits, and bespoke couture designs directly to your doorstep in pristine condition. Below you will find everything you need to know about our domestic and international shipping processes.

1. Processing and Dispatch Timelines

Delivery windows depend heavily on the specific collection you purchase. Estimated dispatch timelines are listed on each individual product page:

  • Luxury Formal & Made-to-Order: Because these garments involve intricate hand-embroidery and custom stitching, production takes 4 to 6 weeks (or as communicated by your design consultant).
2. Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

We offer reliable, secure shipping across all major cities and regions nationwide.

  • Courier Partners: We partner with premier logistics networks including TCS, DHL, Leopard Courier, and Instaworld to ensure your high-value parcels travel safely.
  • Delivery Windows: Once dispatched, domestic orders generally arrive within 5 to 7 working days.
  • Shipping Charges: Standard domestic shipping fees apply at checkout, though we occasionally run complimentary free-shipping promotions for orders above a specific cart value.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is widely available for standard domestic purchases. However, high-value luxury formals or custom-stitched orders require a partial or full advance bank deposit before production begins.
3. International Shipping (Worldwide)

We proudly extend our premium services to our global clientele, shipping to the GCC, UK, USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, and beyond.

  • Courier Partners: All international parcels are shipped via top-tier express air couriers like DHL Express and FedEx to guarantee swift and trackable transit.
  • Delivery Windows: Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, express international delivery takes approximately 5 to 10 business days, depending on destination customs clearance.
  • Shipping Charges: International shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your package and the final destination country.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Only)
  • Recipient’s Responsibility: For all international orders, the recipient is recognized as the importer of record. You are entirely responsible for paying any regional customs duties, import VAT, localized taxes, or courier handling clearance fees levied by your home country.
  • Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse to accept a parcel due to unexpected import fees, the courier will return the package to our facility. In this scenario, any return shipping costs, penalties, or customs charges incurred by Gulnaz Ahmad will be deducted from your online store credit.
5. Order Tracking and Verification
  • Tracking Number: As soon as your order is packed and dispatched from our warehouse, Shopify will automatically send you an email and SMS notification containing a tracking number and a direct link to the courier’s web portal.
  • Status Updates: You can monitor the real-time movement of your luxury package directly on the courier’s official tracking site.
6. Verification and Security Protocols
  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address, zip code, and active phone number before finalizing your order. Gulnaz Ahmad cannot be held responsible for delayed, lost, or misdelivered shipments resulting from incorrect consumer data.
  • Address Modifications: Once an order status is marked as “Dispatched” and handed to the courier, we are unable to alter the destination address or reroute the package.
  • Unattended Parcels: Our courier networks require a signature upon delivery for high-value items. If no one is available to sign for the package after multiple attempts, it will be returned to our office, and additional redelivery charges will apply.
7. Delays and Force Majeure

While we strive to meet every stated delivery window, Gulnaz Ahmad is not legally liable for minor shipping delays caused by:

  • Unforeseen flight disruptions or severe weather incidents.
  • Sudden border lockdowns or lengthy customs inspection backlogs.
  • National public holidays, strikes, or regional courier service disruptions.
